We collect this information when you access, use, or navigate our website, fill in forms on our website, request information from us, communicate with us (including by phone, email, chat, or otherwise), interact with any chatbot or similar features available in our website, visit or engage with our social media pages, participate in surveys or sponsored activities, or otherwise provide us with personal information. For example, if you check a box on a ticketing system indicating that you want to become an Audience Rewards member, then that ticketing system may share your email address with us.
Please note that we may aggregate or anonymize the foregoing types of information such that they are no longer capable of identifying you, in which case they are no longer considered “personal information.” We may also collect information about you from third-party sources and information about you that is publicly available.
When you visit our website, we monitor guest traffic patterns and website usage to help us develop the design and layout of the website. We also log IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types for internal quality assurance matters and to assess technical capabilities of our site. We may also collect information from you when you interact with features on our website, such as trivia queries. By using the Audience Rewards website, you agree that Audience Rewards may collect and use this information. You also acknowledge that we may use and share any information collected from you while on our website with third parties, as described in this privacy policy.
During enrolling for a member account, you are required to provide personal information, including Contact Information and Member Account Data as set forth above. You may also submit answers to profile questions concerning your use and experience of live entertainment. When you sign in to your account, information about your activity on the Audience Rewards site is automatically generated. Audience Rewards may also collect personal information about you through partner transactions affecting activity on your account.
To properly award your Audience Rewards ShowPoints for individual ticket purchases or subscription purchases, Audience Rewards may require ticketing data from the authorized ticketing service of the presenting venue. By joining Audience Rewards and entering or providing your Audience Rewards number during the ticket purchase process, you agree that Audience Rewards may receive this information from its participating shows, venues, or presenters and their authorized ticketing systems. The ticketing information received may include your name, email, address, phone number, seat locations, event/show name, date of purchase, date of event, and amount spent. NO CREDIT CARD information is transmitted or stored during this process.
Like most websites, we use various technologies to collect certain types of information about the users of our website. These technologies include:
If you interact with us on any social media platform: (i) depending on your social media privacy settings, the personal information that you submit on the social media platform may be read, collected, or used by us as described in this Policy, and (ii) where we respond to any interaction with you on social media, your account name/handle may be viewable by any and all members or users of our social media accounts. Social media platforms operate independently from Audience Rewards, and we are not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit or link on any social media platform. How We Use Your Information
We (or service providers acting on our behalf) may use the personal information identified above for the following purposes:
- Administering, and tracking your participation in, the Audience Rewards Program, including generating ShowPoints and rewards pursuant to the program, communicating program-related announcements, protecting your account from unauthorized use, and otherwise providing you the benefits of membership.
- Negotiating, entering into, and managing our relationship and agreements with you.
- Sending you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions relating to the Audience Rewards Program, tracking your marketing preferences, and for our internal marketing purposes.
- Providing and optimizing your experience on our website and ensuring that our content is presented to you in the most effective manner.
- Communicating with you and responding to your inquiries and communicating regarding our services, our agreements with you, and other issues, and otherwise managing customer service issues.

- Developing, updating, and improving our services, customer service, and customer experience, and otherwise improving our knowledge and insights regarding users.

Our Marketing Efforts
